Hello….. this is Garry O from Masset, Haida Gwaii. I attended a meeting yesterday at 10 am and there were 3 birthday cakes. Randy 12, Jim 16 and Harry 21,😁. I am requesting Harry give me a call or text….he shared on lyrics to a song by ? Hartfield… I am trying to find the song and cannot. Also Randy used a phrase for crazy I loved but can’t remember…. would love to hear it again 🙏👍✌️

Hello, my name is Shane and I am an alcoholic!
I am from Kelowna and did a lot of my research here, 10+ years. The other 10+ years of insanity was done in Saskatoon, which is where I found the loving doors of A.A.
Now 42 and almost exactly one year sober, I have recently returned to the Okanagan and I would like to get involved in my hometown A.A. community!
I would be very grateful for an in-person meeting list and any other information about Area 71. They say “KEEP COMING BACK”, but I need to know where to go!! Haha.

This site https://www.bcyukonaa.org/meetings/viewmeetingsbydistrict.php?district=71 lists the meetings in our neighborhood. The meetings that are NOT meeting in person are proceeded with the word “canceled“. Every other meeting should be meeting in person!

Hello. I was wondering what are the times & dates for Alcoholic Anonymous meetings? Also wondering if any of the meetings are Open!? I know there was one Wednesday evenings that was open, but I can’t kind any meeting times on the A.A. website. I’m aware COVID-19 has changed the times for certain meetings.

The most current listing of in-person meetings is here: https://www.bcyukonaa.org/meetings/viewmeetingsbydistrict.php?district=71
If the meeting is not in-person yet, it will say ‘CANCELED’ in the name.
The meeting time and open/closed status are both listed there on that site. The data from that site also feeds the Meeting Guide app! Google “aa meeting guide app” and you’ll find it – works for both iPhone and Android, its awesome.
It appears the Wednesday Night Open starts at 6p at the Kalano Club! Get moving and you should make it!
